The Position:
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform heavy, unskilled, manual labor in the maintenance and repair of grounds, buildings and facilities.

Major Responsibilities:
Perform unskilled, routine maintenance and repair work. Assist skilled trade workers in maintenance and repair work. Manually move, sort and store equipment, material and supplies. Load and unload trucks. Maintain records.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of tools, materials and methods used in general maintenance and repair work. Ability to operate power equipment and hand tools, understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, establish and maintain effective working relationships and lift and move heavy objects.
