About the Opportunity:
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be working on developing and applying methods of statistical physics to the functional dynamics of living systems. Areas which will be investigated include learning and memory in the neural and immune systems, the role of genome structure in gene expression, and the evolution of drug resistance by selection of both genetic and epigenetic variants in a population. Research will involve the construction and solution of analytic and computational models and collaborating with experimental groups to test some of the predictions of these models.

PhD in Physics, Bio-engineering, Synthetic Biology, or related field.
