About the Opportunity:
The Document Manager's primary role is to maintain the complete archive consisting of projects, financial, and property documentation. Develop and maintain document standards that align with industry and university requirements.

Responsibilities:
Lead process for improvement efforts to digitization, reduce hard copy documentation and to improve efficiency of document retrieval that aligns with university sustainability goals. Assist in project completion to ensure project teams submit all required documentation. Scan project documentations as necessary to maintain complete archive. Manage the storage and retrieval process for off-site hard copy archives. Support staff in the cataloging and retrieval of operation and maintenance documentation. In coordination with Campus Planning & Development staff, updates and maintains floor plans to support space planning and emergency management needs of the University.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, Engineering or other related field required. 3-5 years of professional experience in design/construction with a focus on document management. Familiarity with document management applications such as, Preservica, and Meridian. Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with a broad patron base. Must have excellent time management, written and oral communication skills. Experience with records management and familiarity with architecture, construction documentation, project management and computer-aided design helpful.
