About the Role
Boston University Enrollment Services Operations seeks a Staff Coordinator. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of essential student records to support central university functions, including undergraduate admissions and financial aid processes. The role processes a high volume of prospective student inquiries, applications and related credentials, and financial aid documents. It also performs scanning and indexing using document imaging software, as well as data entry to the student information system, in accordance with established procedures. The role also performs quality control tasks, verification of accurate data, and troubleshooting.
As part of the Enrollment Services Operations team, the Staff Coordinator supports Admissions, Financial Assistance, and other key departments within Enrollment & Student Administration. This role reports to the Data Entry Supervisor.
The Staff Coordinator's primary duties include:
- Processing documents on document imaging system and mainframe, and;
- Accurate and timely validation, data entry and regular updating of a wide variety and high volume of documents onto the University's mainframe and document imaging systems.
