We would like to hire someone to assist with Dependency Dialog Act annotation for the AI Institute iSAT project.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Duties and responsibilities of this position:

The selected employee will contribute to the Dependency Dialog Act Annotation project. Responsibilities include acquiring a solid understanding of dependency dialog act theory and the associated annotation schema.
The role involves performing annotation tasks and collaborating with the annotation team to adjudicate and refine the annotations.

What We Can Offer

$21.00 per hour.

What We Require

Undergraduate degree in linguistics is preferred or possess foundational knowledge of speech acts and discourse relations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dialog annotation.

What You Will Need

Knowledge of speech acts, discourse relations and rhetorical structures theory.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are also required.
Basic understanding of how data is used in NLP preferred.
