We would like to hire someone to assist with Dependency Dialog Act annotation for the AI Institute iSAT project.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be


Duties and responsibilities of this position:
  • The selected employee will contribute to the Dependency Dialog Act Annotation project. Responsibilities include acquiring a solid understanding of dependency dialog act theory and the associated annotation schema.
  • The role involves performing annotation tasks and collaborating with the annotation team to adjudicate and refine the annotations.




What We Can Offer


$21.00 per hour.

What We Require


  • Undergraduate degree in linguistics is preferred or possess foundational knowledge of speech acts and discourse relations.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in dialog annotation.


What You Will Need

  • Knowledge of speech acts, discourse relations and rhetorical structures theory.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are also required.
  • Basic understanding of how data is used in NLP preferred.
