The Academic Success, Inclusion and Support Services department of the Long Beach Community College District is seeking highly-qualified individual to be our LTE MANA Program Coordinator! The incumbent is responsible for providing direct, day-to-day organizational and technical coordination of programs and services organized through the MANA Program area. Under the direction of the Dean of Academic Success, Inclusion and Student Support or an assigned administrator, coordinates the day-to-day operations of the MANA Program, including event calendar management, scheduling student activities, and recruiting students to the program. The position will identify, and support student needs to enhance academic success, retention, and graduation for Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi (APID) students and perform related duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone who has obtained a bachelor's degree in education, social work, human services, psychology, social sciences or a closely related field; and two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience working in an educational environment or public program; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
