Student Services Coordinator
Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $46,324 annually or higher commensurate with experience
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Position Summary:
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating excellent customer service for students in the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences (EHHS). These services include the development and implementation of a marketing strategy; planning and implementation of a recruitment and retention strategy; coordinating special events on and off campus for current and prospective students; supporting annual scholarship awards; and working with faculty and committees as needed. The Coordinator will work with the Associate Dean on goals and objectives, policies, practices and make administrative decisions on areas as assigned above.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
3 years of work experience in student support services or other experience related to complex learning organizations.
Experience: researching, developing, interpreting, and applying policies and procedures; monitoring a budget, providing liaison with various constituents; interpreting federal; or state regulations; planning and implementing programs; developing, promoting and gaining program support; interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public.
Knowledge: of computer operation and software programs.
Demonstrated ability to: research a variety of sources to collect and compile information; exercise superior interpersonal skills while working under pressure with a diverse group; communicate effectively verbally and written.
Ability to: travel, work weekends, after regular business hours and holidays.
Demonstrated dependability and very strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in education or related field.
Marketing and/or communications background/experience
Higher education work experience
Student Banner experience.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Various travel, nights, and weekends.
