About the Opportunity:
The Program Coordinator is a temporary position to assist the Graduate School of Education during a time of transition for an undetermined amount of time. The Coordinator's primary responsibilities focus on student communication and management of student/faculty data and electronic files. The Program Coordinator manages, collects, and organizes electronic data, including student data and program documents.
Responsibilities:
Data management of student record responsibilities includes maintenance of student information in databases, Banner, and Salesforce, including registration, grades, advisor assignments, and surveys. Data management of program documents and related task responsibilities include travel invoices, syllabi collection and storage, textbook adoption, surveys, and tracking faculty information. Data presentation and analysis responsibilities include creating data visualizations for advisors, staff, and faculty and analyzing program data. Additional responsibilities include event coordination and support, social media membership, calendar planning, and more tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years related work experience required. Proven experience providing excellent customer service via email and phone. Experience conducting detail-oriented work, tracking large and entering large amounts of data, and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines is required as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with the Northeastern University landscape and working with students/faculty is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Access, Banner, and Salesforce.
