  • In coordination with the Director, the Associate Deans, and the Dean, provide administrative support for current and future CMCI faculty award and recognition programs including the William R. Payden Award for Faculty Excellence and the Payden and deCastro grant programs.
  • In coordination with the Director, the Associate Dean of Faculty Development, the Dean, and the CU Boulder Office of Faculty Affairs, ensure that all department and college governance drafts and revisions are circulated for review, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain an up to date and accessible repository of all college governance documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Chair of the CMCI Faculty Council for college wide meetings of the FMCI (Faculty of Media, Communication and Information) and college level governance reviews/actions.
