Job Summary
The Department of Civil, Environmental & Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to develop a micropolar viscoelasticity model at finite strain, and implement into a large deformation finite element code.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Develop the model and implement it into a finite element code.
- Interact with other researchers at CU Boulder working on similar or related research, or unrelated but leading to potential future research directions.
- Interact with Professor Regueiro on a weekly basis.
- Publish results in high quality, peer reviewed journal articles.
What We Can Offer
The monthly salary associated with this position is $6,000.00.

What We Require
- PhD in civil engineering or a related field.
- Experience in nonlinear generalized continuum mechanics.
- Writing code to implement into large deformation finite element software.
